With this app, parents can easily request video visits with board-certified pediatric experts, ensuring their child's health needs are met when and where they need it.
The app allows parents to evaluate a range of symptoms, including bites, coughs, colds, eye infections, and more. By simply opening the app, providing medical history, and paying for the visit, parents can quickly connect with a pediatric expert who will review the child's medical history and conduct a video visit. If necessary, the expert can also refer the parent to an in-person care provider.
CincyKids Health Connect prioritizes privacy and security, ensuring that video visits are private, secure, and HIPAA compliant. Information is only shared with the designated primary care physician and pharmacy, just like an in-person visit.
